Gentle Yoga: Teaches a variety of Hatha Yoga postures with relaxation and breathing techniques.Tai Chi: Modified Yang style form. Designed to cultivate health, clear thinking and peace of mind.Pilates: Strengthens buttocks, abdominals and lower back core muscles. Includes ball, mat, resistance bands and sticks.
Mixed Level Yoga: Offers a variety of poses with modifications for beginners and options for more advanced students.
