Gentle Yoga: Teaches a variety of Hatha Yoga postures with relaxation and breathing techniques.
Tai Chi: Modified Yang style form. Designed to cultivate health, clear thinking and peace of mind.
Pilates: Strengthens buttocks, abdominals and lower back core muscles. Includes ball, mat, resistance bands and sticks.
Mixed Level Yoga: Offers a variety of poses with modifications for beginners and options for more advanced students.
Natural Yoga: Weather permitting we will walk to the park and perform a mixed level Hatha Yoga class outside in the park and then walk back to the studio. If the weather is not good the Yoga class will be held in the studio.
Restorative Yoga: Hatha Yoga postures mixed with meditations for deep relaxation and gentle unwinding. For every level.
